  • The 208% statistic is really a phenomenal one. I wonder what’s the best explanation for why it is the way it is?

    My guess is that it has something to do with omnichannel customers being a lot more engaged than “regular” customers. People who take the trouble to Like a brand might be Likelier (hur hur) to spend more, because they trust the brand more, etc. Still, pretty dramatic. That makes an engaged customer worth 3x that of a casual one.

    I suppose that does make sense. Still wow.
