Your referral invitation is part of the conversation customers have with your brand. You should be able to put the right words, offer and next step where they belong.
ReferralCandy’s new v4 email editor gives you that control. Edit text directly on the email, add blocks and sections, and use your theme colours throughout. It supports referral, affiliate and loyalty campaigns across all 17 email types.
Arrange the message around the invitation
A fixed layout asks every message to fit the same structure. With blocks and column layouts, you can give your main invitation space and place supporting information where it helps.
Open an email card in Theme Assets. The sections sit on the left, the email in the middle and the selected block’s settings on the right. Click text to edit it in place, or use Add a block and Add a section to change the arrangement.
For example, you could place a short explanation below the main offer so the first screen keeps a clear invitation. That is a suggested use of the editor, not a claim about a tested customer result.
Keep colours and languages connected to the campaign
Theme colour roles let the email follow your brand when the theme changes. Theme settings → Email controls shared email colours with a preview of your own message.
Each campaign language has its own text. Translations shows values that still use English, and the editor marks missing wording as Shows English text. Review those values before treating a translated email as finished.
Phone view shows how columns stack on a narrow screen. Checks reviews the email across enabled languages before Save, including language fallbacks. Conditional sections also show whether their conditions are met in the current preview.
Ask Referral Expert to prepare an edit
You can describe a change in chat instead of making each edit yourself. Referral Expert prepares the proposed email and saves after you agree. Review the proposed wording and design against the offer your campaign actually provides before approving it.
Know when your campaign gets the new editor
New campaigns have started on v4 since 4 November 2026. Existing campaigns are switching automatically in waves. The upgrade keeps your wording and a similar appearance, while retaining the previous theme as a view-only copy labelled Emails upgraded · View only.
Developer-mode themes are excluded for now. A campaign whose custom copy cannot carry over stays on v3 for review, so an existing campaign may not have switched yet.
When your campaign has the new editor, open an email in Theme Assets and start with the invitation your customers see first. Review its words, phone layout and languages before saving.
