Connect your Squarespace store directly
You can connect Squarespace from ReferralCandy without adding a tracking snippet to your website. The connection brings paid orders into ReferralCandy and creates the friend-offer codes used by your referral program.
Choose a percentage or fixed-amount friend offer. Each advocate gets a code to share through their referral link. When a friend enters that code at Squarespace checkout, ReferralCandy can match the paid order to the advocate who made the introduction.
The code matters: following a referral link alone does not attribute a Squarespace purchase. Make the instruction to enter the code part of your invitation. A detected referral must still meet your campaign's reward conditions and review process before a reward is issued.
Make the first invitation easy to understand
Before promoting your program, walk through it from your customer's point of view. Is the invitation clear? Can a friend find the offer code? Does the thank-you match what you promised?
