How does pricing work?
Suppose you’re an online retailer on the Professional plan and make $10,000 in new sales from referrals using ReferralCandy.
We would charge you a 1.75% commission on this, or $175.
You don’t pay the minimum fee as the commission is above the minimum fee of $155.
What is commission charged on?
The commission is charged only on purchases by new customers referred to your store.
Also, the commission only applies to the first three purchases the referred customer makes.
There is no commission charged when referring customers use their reward.
How does the risk-free trial work?
If you cancel your account within the first month you won't be charged any commission or usage fees.
Otherwise, monthly charges are billed at the end of the first month and subsequent months.
Of course, you can cancel at any time after the trial.
How are cash referral rewards paid out to customers?
The ReferralCandy app handles this automatically.
Suppose you choose to give your customers a cash reward if the friends they refer make a purchase.
You'll be billed for these cash rewards on your next billing cycle.
After you've been billed, the cash rewards will be paid out to your customers automatically.
