HOW TO SET UP REFERRALCANDY FOR EVENTBRITE

Part A: Setting up your ReferralCandy Account

1.
Make sure that you have signed up for Eventbrite and already published your event - it's free to do.
2.
Sign up for ReferralCandy here.
3.
Go through the account set up wizard. At the integration step, note the tracking pixel and email address. You will need them for the next two parts.

Complete the rest of the set up wizard.
Part B: Adding the tracking pixel to your Eventbrite event

Log into your Eventbrite Control Panel.

Click the "My Events" tab on the top navigation bar.
7.
In the table that appears, click the name of the event you are running the referral program for.

Click "Edit Order Confirmations" on the left sidebar of the page.

Scroll down to "Customize the order confirmation page" and click the blue HTML icon in the textarea edit bar, a popup window with a text input area will appear.

Insert your tracking pixel (obtained from Step 3) to the end of the text in the text input area.

Click the "Update" button on the left bottom corner of the page to update the HTML.

Click the green "Save Changes" button below the page to save your changes.

Part C: Sending invoice emails to ReferralCandy

Log into your Eventbrite Control Panel.

Click the "Account" tab on the top navigation bar.

In the left side bar, click "Multi-User Access".
16.
In "Multi-User Access" click the green "Add Email Address" button.

In the "Add New Email Address To This Account" panel, enter the email address obtained in Step 3 into the "Email" input box.

In the "Grant this user access to" section, choose "Selected events only" and select the event that you are running the referral program for.
19.
In the "Actions this user can perform" section, choose "Selected actions only" and click "Deselect All Actions".
20.
In the "This user should receive a copy of" section, choose "Selected emails only" and only select "Order confirmations".
21.
Click the green "Save" button to save the changes.
